CUSTOMER COORDINATOR: 

  • Responsibilities include maintaining and initiating contact with new and existing customers to solicit business and enter data into the computer.

  • Duties include the development and implementation of marketing techniques to recruit OTR semi drivers. 

  • Requirements include; excellent communication skills, creativity and enthusiasm, with a marketing background. 

  • A CDL with prior transportation recruiting experience is a plus.

FLEET MANAGER: 

  • Responsibilities include coordinating semi drivers with loads and directing their activities. 

  • This fast-paced position requires a good working knowledge of U.S. geography, computer and office machines experience and excellent people/communication skills. 

  • Prior truckload dispatching experience is a plus.

MECHANICS:  

  • Careers for experienced and motivated Class A mechanics and trailer mechanics.
